These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of subscriptions for digital interactive wine maps via the e-store druvdetaljer.se. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. General
Petras Druvdetaljer provides digital interactive maps via subscription. The service is intended for private and personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. To use the service, registration of a user account is required after the purchase is completed.
2. Subscriptions and prices
The following subscriptions are offered:
- 1 month: 15 EUR
- 3 months: 25 EUR
- 12 months: 45 EUR
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. The subscription grants access to all 29 interactive maps during the active subscription period.
3. Delivery of digital content
After a completed purchase, a user account is automatically created and login details are emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase. No physical delivery takes place.
4. Payment and Reseller
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
5. User account and login
The user account is personal and may not be shared with others.
- Login is permitted from a maximum of four (4) different IP addresses within 24 hours.
- In the event of logging in from a larger number of IP addresses, the customer will receive a warning and be logged out.
- In case of continued suspicion of account sharing, Petras Druvdetaljer has the right to suspend the account without refund.
The customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials secret.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the service, including but not limited to maps, code, design, structure, and functionality, belongs to Petras Druvdetaljer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. It is strictly forbidden to:
- Copy, reproduce, or modify code
- Download, distribute, sell, or share maps or other content
- Make the content available to third parties in any way
Breach of these terms may lead to immediate suspension and legal action.
7. Right of withdrawal and consent
When purchasing digital content delivered immediately (by logging into the service), no right of withdrawal applies once the delivery has commenced. By completing the purchase and accepting these terms, the customer gives their express consent to the delivery starting immediately and thereby confirms that the right of withdrawal expires.
8. Suspension and termination
Petras Druvdetaljer reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these terms. The customer can cancel their subscription before the next period if automatic renewal is used (if applicable).
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. Petras Druvdetaljer is not responsible for indirect damages, lost data, or loss of benefit that may arise when using the service. Short interruptions for maintenance and updates may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation.
10. Changes to terms
Petras Druvdetaljer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The current terms are always published on the website.
11. Applicable law and dispute
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be settled by agreement, and secondarily be tried by a Swedish general court.
12. GDPR and Personal Data
By completing a purchase, you consent to your personal data (name and email address) being registered so that we can administer your subscription and provide the service. Your data is handled in accordance with current data protection legislation (GDPR) and is not shared with third parties other than what is required for payment and technical operation.
