{"id":2902,"date":"2026-04-11T18:03:55","date_gmt":"2026-04-11T16:03:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/druvdetaljer.se\/privacy-policy\/"},"modified":"2026-04-14T11:55:17","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T09:55:17","slug":"privacy-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/druvdetaljer.se\/en\/privacy-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n<p>This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you purchase a subscription and use our interactive wine maps.<\/p>\n<h2>What data do we collect?<\/h2>\n<p>When you make a purchase via our payment partner <strong>Stripe<\/strong>, or register on the website, we collect the following information in order to provide the service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<li>IP address: We record your IP address when you log in as a security measure to prevent unauthorized access and ensure that your personal account is not shared with others (max 4 IP addresses per day according to our terms of purchase).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why do we collect this data?<\/h2>\n<p>We process your data to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and manage your personal student account.<\/li>\n<li>Give you access to the interactive maps during your subscription period.<\/li>\n<li>Process your payment and comply with statutory accounting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Send important system messages, such as login details and reminders about the expiry date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Storage and deletion<\/h2>\n<p>We store your personal data only for as long as necessary for you to use your account and subscription:<br\/><strong>Active students:<\/strong> Your data is stored for as long as your subscription is active.<br\/><strong>After your subscription expires:<\/strong> When your subscription expires, we keep your account for 30 days. This is to make it easier for you if you choose to renew your access.<br\/><strong>Permanent deletion:<\/strong> If no renewal takes place, your user account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our database 30 days after the subscription expires. (Please note that invoice documentation is retained longer in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act).<\/p>\n<h2>Security and sharing of data<\/h2>\n<p>We never sell your data to third parties. The website uses SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission. To operate the service, we share necessary data with: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stripe:<\/strong> Our payment partner that processes transactions securely and in encrypted form. We never store your card details on our own servers. <\/li>\n<li>The web host: Where our database and website are stored in encrypted form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>We use Cookiebot to manage your cookie consent.
